I started Ironside in 2003 with one truck, a HVAC license from Nassau BOCES, and a handshake promise that I'd never charge for work I didn't do. I was 26. I'd been a tech for five years at a company that I watched upsell people on equipment they didn't need.
Twenty-two years later, we run a fleet of six trucks and service most of Nassau and Suffolk County. The promise hasn't changed. Every quote we give, we'd give to our own parents.
We're a licensed mechanical contractor in New York State. We carry $2M in general liability and workers' comp on every employee. If something goes wrong — which almost never happens — you're covered.
We work with Carrier, Trane, and Lennox because they're reliable and their parts are available. We don't push brands based on dealer margin. We push brands based on the ten-year repair history we've seen in the field.
