Do you accept my insurance?+
We're in-network with most major PPOs including Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, and United Concordia. Call us with your card and we'll verify coverage before your first visit so there are no surprises.
What should I expect at my first visit?+
Plan on about 75 minutes. You'll meet Dr. Chen, complete a comprehensive exam with X-rays and a cleaning, and leave with a clear picture of what (if anything) needs attention. No pressure to commit to treatment that day.
Do you see kids?+
Yes — first visit recommended by age one. Our office is built with anxious kids in mind: weighted blankets, headphones, and hygienists trained in pediatric care. Many of our patients started as kids and are now bringing their own.
I'm an anxious patient. Can you help?+
Absolutely. We offer nitrous oxide for routine work and oral conscious sedation for longer visits. Tell us at booking and we'll plan accordingly. No judgment — about a third of our patients tell us they're nervous.
Do you take walk-ins for emergencies?+
Yes. We hold same-day slots for emergencies and accept walk-ins until 4:30 PM weekdays and 1 PM Saturdays. Call ahead if you can so we can prep — but if you can't, just come in.
What does a cleaning cost without insurance?+
A standard adult cleaning + exam is $185, kids are $135. We're transparent about pricing for everything before any work is done. We also offer an in-house savings plan ($299/year) for patients without insurance — covers two cleanings and a 20% discount on other services.
