Your spa should be ready every night.
Spa water goes off faster than pool water. Weekly or monthly service keeps the chemistry right, the jets clear, and the heater running — so you step in without checking anything first.
Full spa service. No shortcuts.
Water Chemistry & Balancing
Spa water turns fast. We test and balance pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and sanitizer weekly so you step in and it's perfect every time.
Jet & Plumbing Service
Clogged jets and air lock are the two most common spa complaints. We diagnose the flow, clear the blockage, and replace valve seals or jet bodies as needed.
Heater Repair & Replacement
Spa heaters take more thermal cycles than pool heaters. We service Hayward, Pentair, and Raypak — most heater repairs same or next day. If it's beyond repair, we'll install a direct replacement.
Cover Lifters & Accessories
A worn spa cover loses heat fast and gets heavy enough to be a liability. We supply and install replacement covers, cover lifters, and steps — measured to your exact spa.
Drain, Clean & Refill
Spa water should be completely replaced every 3–4 months. We handle the full drain, surface scrub, plumbing flush, and refill — plus rebalance the chemistry on the fresh water.
Seasonal Spa Winterization
Freeze damage on a spa is expensive. We drain and blow out all lines, add plumbing antifreeze, protect the heater and circulation pump, and cover the spa for winter storage.
Spas aren't small pools.
A 500-gallon spa heats to 100°F and gets used by 2–4 people at a time. That means sanitizer depletes 3–4x faster than a pool, calcium can precipitate on heater elements, and total dissolved solids climb quickly. Weekly service isn't a luxury — it's maintenance.
We test six parameters every visit and adjust on the spot. You don't need to know what “cyanuric acid” is — you just need clean, balanced water every time you open the cover.

How often does spa water need to be changed?
Every 3–4 months. Spa water cycles through a much smaller volume than a pool and picks up body oils, lotions, and dissolved solids much faster. We handle the full drain, scrub, flush, and refill.
Can you service a spa that's connected to our pool?
Yes — in-ground spa and pool combos are the most common setup we see. We service both on the same visit and adjust the chemistry separately since spa and pool water have different requirements.
Our jets are weak. What does that usually mean?
Usually a clogged filter, a closed valve, or air lock in the circulation pump. Occasionally a worn jet body. We diagnose on-site — most jet issues are a 1-hour fix.
Do you do freestanding portable hot tubs?
Yes, all brands — Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Sundance, Caldera, Master Spa. We service the plumbing, heater, and jets the same way as in-ground spas.
Can we get a standalone spa plan separate from pool service?
Absolutely. If you only have a spa (no pool), we offer a standalone monthly or bi-monthly spa service plan. Call Pete for pricing — it depends on your spa size and usage.
