Tom has practiced in Nassau County for more than two decades. He began his career at a mid-size firm in Garden City before founding Calloway & Brennan in 2008. He represents individuals, families, and closely-held businesses across Long Island, with a focus on asset protection and succession planning.
Rachel has spent her career representing individuals and families navigating the legal system at its most difficult moments — after accidents, during divorce, and through custody disputes. She joined the firm at its founding and leads the litigation practice.
