The Consultation Process
Many people come to us uncertain about whether they have a legal matter, whether we handle their type of case, or whether they can afford an attorney. The initial consultation exists precisely to answer those questions — at no cost to you.
Schedule a free consultation
Call or submit the contact form below. We will respond within one business day to schedule a 30-minute initial consultation — at our office or by video.
We listen first
The first meeting is ours to understand your situation. You will not receive a bill for the initial consultation. We want you to have enough information to make a confident decision before you commit to anything.
A clear engagement letter
If we move forward, we provide a plain-language engagement letter outlining scope, fees, and what to expect. No hourly billing surprises — we discuss fee arrangements upfront.
Active, communicative representation
You will hear from us proactively — not only when you ask. We explain every development in plain terms and give you our honest assessment at each stage.
