Pricing and plans
How much does a website cost?
Right now, under the founding rate for the first ten Nassau County clients: $99 setup for Starter, $299 for Standard (includes the AI chatbot), $499 for Pro. After those spots are gone, setup fees go to $199, $499, and $799. Monthly plans are $49, $79, and $99 respectively — those rates are locked for life as long as you stay subscribed.
What is the founding rate and how long does it last?
The first ten Nassau County businesses who sign get a permanently reduced setup fee. The reduced rate is $99 (Starter), $299 (Standard), and $499 (Pro). Once all ten spots are taken, setup fees go up — but the people already on those spots keep their reduced fee forever, as long as they stay subscribed.
What's covered in the monthly fee?
Hosting, domain management, and roughly one hour of edits per month — updated hours, a new service added, copy tweaks, a photo swap. Bigger requests (a new page, a section redesign) get a flat quote before I start. No silent overages.
What's the AI chatbot and which plans include it?
Standard and Pro include it. The chatbot lives on your site, answers questions 24/7 — your services, hours, pricing range, how to book — and collects the visitor's name and contact info when they're ready. You see the leads in a simple dashboard. It's trained on your specific business, not a generic script.
Ownership and control
Do I own the website when it's done?
Yes. Once the setup fee is paid, the code is yours. If you cancel the monthly plan, I'll hand over a full export within ten business days — everything: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, your chatbot configuration. No lock-in beyond the subscription.
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes — small updates (hours, copy edits, new photos) are covered in the monthly rate. Bigger work gets a flat quote first. You call or text me directly at (516) 749-7910. No ticket system, no support queue.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Within ten business days you'll receive a full export of the site and the chatbot configuration. There are no cancellation fees. If you come back later, current pricing at that time applies.
Build, timeline, and support
How long does it take to build my site?
Standard and Pro sites go live in five to seven business days from the point I have your content — your copy, photos, and business details. Starter is often faster. I don't start the clock until the intake is complete, so send me everything up front and we move quickly.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is written from scratch for the business it represents. A dental office in Garden City and a landscaper in Massapequa are different businesses with different customers. Their sites look like it.
What does the SEO setup include?
Every site gets a proper sitemap, structured data so Google understands what your business does and where it is, and meta titles and descriptions written for the searches your customers actually do in Nassau County. I've done this in production — not as a checkbox.
Do you work outside Nassau County?
I focus on Nassau County and western Suffolk — that's the area I know and where I can do the most targeted local SEO work. If you're elsewhere on Long Island or in the outer boroughs, reach out — the answer isn't automatically no.
