If you're a one-person operation and every missed call is a missed job, Standard pays for itself fast. Starter makes sense if you have an existing way to handle inquiries and just need a clean, modern site.
What's actually included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, domain management, and a roughly one-hour monthly edit allowance — business hours updated, a new service added, copy tweaked, a photo swapped. If you ask for something that would take substantially more than an hour, I'll quote it before touching anything. No surprise bills.
Do I own the site, or is it locked to you?
You own it. When the setup fee is paid, the code is yours. If you ever cancel, I'll hand you a full export of the site and the chatbot configuration within ten business days. You can take it to any developer or host it yourself. There's no lock-in beyond the monthly subscription.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Small updates — new hours, a service description edit, a photo swap — are covered in the monthly rate. Bigger requests, like a new page or a redesign of a section, get a flat quote before I start. I don't bill silently for overages.
How does the founding rate work?
The first ten Nassau County businesses lock in a reduced setup fee permanently. The monthly rate is the same as it would be after the spots are gone — $49, $79, or $99 depending on plan — and that monthly rate is locked for life as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, the then-current rates apply.
How fast will my site be live?
Standard and Pro sites are delivered in five to seven business days from when I receive your content — your copy, photos, and business details. I don't start the build until that intake is complete, so the clock starts when you're ready, not when you sign.
