Three plans. The main difference is how many pages you get, whether the AI chatbot is included, and how fast I turn around changes. Here's what's actually in each.

Starter — $99 setup, $49/month

Built for businesses that need a clean, fast, professional site without a lot of complexity.

• Up to 5 pages (home, services, about, contact, and one more of your choice)
• Mobile-responsive design, custom to your business
• Google Business Profile link-up and local SEO foundation
• Your domain, hosted and maintained
• 1 round of edits per month
• Standard email turnaround (2–3 business days)

No chatbot. No priority support. If you're starting out or you just need a solid presence, this is the right tier.

Standard — $299 setup, $79/month

Everything in Starter, plus the AI chatbot and more room to grow.

• Up to 8 pages
• AI chatbot — trained on your business, answers questions, captures leads after hours
• Monthly edits included (roughly one hour of changes)
• 48-hour turnaround on edit requests
• Quarterly performance check-in (I pull your search traffic and flag anything that's drifted)

The chatbot is the main reason to choose Standard over Starter. If you're on a job site most of the day and missing leads from your website, the chatbot pays for the upgrade. It captures names and questions when you're unavailable, so you're not losing people who found you but couldn't reach you.

Pro — $499 setup, $99/month

Everything in Standard, plus more pages, faster response, and a dedicated check-in cadence.

• Up to 12 pages (room for individual service pages, location pages, a blog section)
• AI chatbot with expanded training — more custom responses, deeper Q&A
• 24-hour turnaround on edit requests
• Monthly performance review instead of quarterly
• Priority phone and text access

Pro is for businesses where the website is doing real work — driving calls, capturing leads, ranking for multiple service terms. The 24-hour turnaround means you're never waiting more than a day for a change.

What's the same across all plans

Regardless of tier:

• You own the site. If you cancel, you get a full code export within 10 business days. No penalty.
• Hosting is included. You don't need a separate hosting account.
• Domain management is included. I handle renewal.
• SSL certificate. Your site is https.
• Sitemap submitted to Google. Basic SEO is not an add-on.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Moving up is easy — I'll scope any additional pages or chatbot setup and start the work. Moving down means trimming the scope and adjusting the monthly. Current pricing always applies at the time of a change.

What's not included in any plan

Custom web applications, e-commerce stores, integrations with third-party software, or anything that requires significant backend development. Those get a flat quote before work starts.
