Your profile is what shows up in "near me" and map searches
When someone searches for a service near them, Google often shows a map and a short list of local businesses before the regular website results. Those listings come from Google Business Profiles, not from your website.
An unclaimed or half-finished profile can show wrong hours or a wrong phone number, or nothing useful at all. Bing Places does the same job for Bing, which also feeds some AI assistants. A complete, accurate profile gives nearby customers a way to find and call you. It doesn't guarantee a ranking.

Do you manage my profile every month?
No. I help you set up your Google Business Profile and Bing Places listing one time and show you how to keep them current. Posting, photos and review replies afterward stay with you.
Can you get me into the map pack?
I can't promise that. A complete, accurate profile is one of the things that helps nearby customers find you, but SEO takes months and nobody controls Google.
Can you write or buy reviews for me?
No. I show you how to ask real customers for reviews, and you can't offer rewards in return. Buying or faking reviews breaks Google's rules and can get a profile suspended.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, address or service area, phone, hours, services and some photos. Google also needs to verify that the business is yours, and only you can complete that step.
