How a visit goes

You arrive, they sniff everything

Our waiting area is calm and low-traffic by design — separate seating areas for cats and dogs so no one is nose-to-nose before the visit even starts. We keep schedules tight so you're rarely waiting more than a few minutes.

Weight check and vitals

Weight check and vitals

Maya or one of our vet techs gets the basics — weight, temperature, heart rate. They're great at making animals feel at ease before the doctor comes in. We use treats freely unless you've told us about dietary restrictions.

The exam with Dr. Voss or Dr. Lin

The exam with Dr. Voss or Dr. Lin

A full nose-to-tail look. We listen to the heart, check the coat, look in the ears, press the belly. If we spot something, we explain it plainly and talk through options before recommending anything.

Your questions, answered

Your questions, answered

We hold time at the end of every visit for your questions — even the ones that feel small. Food brand confusion, weird behavior, "is this normal?" — that's what we're here for.

What to bring
Vaccine records
If you have them from a previous vet. Digital screenshots from your vet's app are fine.
Your pet's food brand
We ask about diet as part of every new patient intake. A photo of the bag is helpful.
Any medications
Current medications or supplements — bring the bottles or a list.
A relaxed timeline
New patient visits run about 45 minutes. Please don't squeeze it between two other appointments.
